| Dear Revenue and Rates Managers,
We are pleased to advise you of the Council Rates Concession maximum cap for 2010-11
With effective from 1 July 2010 the maximum municipal rate concession cap will be $187.60 and the administration fee will be 51 cents plus GST.
This represents a 1.8% increase in rates, which is based on the consumer price index (CPI) for the December quarter for Melbourne as advised by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
